The signature blue Porta Brace DC-2 Director Case is a heavy-duty Cordura nylon laptop case and briefcase designed to carry a computer, scripts, files, and folders. A padded front pocket protects a laptop computer with a screen up to 17". The main compartment is zippered on 3 sides, to open flat or for top only access.

The DC-2 compartment has 11 slip pockets to hold tools, scripts, cell phones, and other items. Additionally, three outside slip pockets accommodate small accessories or documents, such as maps, passports, and plane tickets. The case is carried by two suede leather covered handgrips or a removable, adjustable, suede leather-covered shoulder strap.
