About the Thompson International Speedway
The Thompson International Speedway is the crown jewel of short track racing in the northeast. It is a 5/8-mile, high banked, oval track that was once known as the Indianapolis of the Easy. It was the first asphalt-paved oval racing track in the United States. Don't miss out on the opportunity to experience this track for yourself!
Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park - Thompson, CT
- Participants must be at least 12 years of age, weigh between 140 - 300 pounds and be between 5'5" - 6'4" tall
- Participants must be able to fit through a standard-size car window to enter the vehicle; may be difficult if participant weighs over 300 pounds, is taller than 6'4" or has a waist size over 50 inches
Please plan on being at the track approximately 1-1.5 hours to allow time to sign in, complete your ride along, take photos, etc.

Friends and family, cameras and video cameras are encouraged.
This experience is weather dependent; however the experience may run in the rain. Always contact the Experience provider with any questions regarding weather conditions. In the event that the experience is unable to run due to weather, the experience provider will reschedule your reservation at no cost.
Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for weather conditions and closed toed shoes, no boots. A driving suit and helmet is provided.
For this experience, it is recommended to request bookings at least 30 days in advance.
