Learn about the rich history and exciting culinary scene of Boston's historic South End neighborhood on this fun and delicious food tour.
Explore as you stroll through the neighborhood, view some of South End's beautifully-planned Victorian bow-front row houses and communities, hear about the area's cultural development and enjoy listening to historical and fun facts about South End's famous landmarks and residents.
Your guide will lead you to six South End area restaurants, specialty shops and markets where you will sample local favorites. You will learn about the history of the establishments and hear fun and interesting stories about the proprietors.
Tasting locations visited on this Boston South End Food Tour may include (and are subject to change):
- A sandwich shop featuring some of Boston's celebrated chefs
- A popular neighborhood bakery with mouth-watering sweets
- A Latin kitchen with a Venezuelan influence
- Purveyor of fine meats, cheeses, wines and specialty products
- Boston's oldest fish market
- New American Brasserie with comfort food and a cozy atmosphere

Sundays - 12:00 PM
- Gratuity for your guide is not included, but greatly appreciated if you enjoy the tour
- Participants will be required to walk approximately 1.5 miles at a leisurely pace over the course of the tour
- This tour is not recommended for children under 12 years of age
- It is recommended to bring a bottle of water
- Substitutions can be provided for vegetarians, gluten free, alcohol free and nut allergies with advance notice (please notify Cloud 9 Living at the time of booking)

This experience is only for those on the tour.
The tour will run rain or shine. As New England weather can be unpredictable, please check the weather forecast and temperature on the day of your tour and choose your attire accordingly. In cases of inclement weather, rain gear, including a rain jacket and/or an umbrella are good items to bring along. Always contact the experience provider directly with any weather related questions.
Wear comfortable clothing and walking shoes appropriate for the weather conditions.
