Your experience begins with a live Louisiana cooking demonstration and a delicious lunch of the demonstrated recipes. After lunch and a break you will meet a professional guide for a restaurant tour.

Walk past famous landmarks such as the St. Louis Cathedral and Jackson Square. Your personable guide will describe the beautiful architecture and history of the sights.

As you enjoy the delicious tastings served up along the walking tour, your friendly and knowledgeable guide will offer a glimpse into New Orleans' rich history of cuisine. Sample from two of the oldest historical restaurants established in the 1840 and 1856, while learning about the ethnic influences and evolution of New Orleans Cuisine.

Food samples are included in the cost of this experience. Water, tea, coffee, and beer are served during lunch. Additional beverages can be purchased during the tour; water is available at all restaurants.

Most establishments are located within a 4-block radius of the tour starting point.

Tips are not included but are greatly appreciated if you enjoy the tour.
