Product Description
Climb aboard the iconic Adirondack II schooner and start your day with a rejuvenating mimosa sail along the historic Newport, Rhode Island coastline.
Your knowledgeable captain and crew will provide a little light narration about the sights along the way, but this sail is all about relaxing and enjoying a leisurely sail on Narragansett Bay.
Feel free to bring food or lay out a picnic on board to share with your family or friends. The crew will be serving delicious mimosas for $3 each to help kick your day into gear!
Relax on the deck and take in the iconic sights of Newport including:
- The Newport Bridge
- Historic lighthouses
- Fort Adams - a 19th century historic military landmark
- Stately waterfront mansions
- Hammersmith Farm - the former summer house of JFK
- America's Cup boats and other performance sailing yachts
You'll be sailing aboard a wooden hull schooner with masts reaching over 70' with just under 2,000 square feet of sail area. The ship is 80' long, with 65' on deck. She's an elegant vessel and very lively under sail.
