Product Description
Begin with reviewing the goals of each sailor and also a review of some basic sailing principles from the book "The Complete Sailor". After the introduction and reviewing safety, you will prepare the boat and sail!
The small class size means that all students will receive personal attention and hands-on learning. Everyone will have the chance to pull lines, trim sails, and pilot the boat. Your experienced and patient captain will be by your side the whole time to teach and answer any questions that you may have.
Intro to Sailing Lesson
Enjoy 2 hours on the water learning the basics of sailing or improving your skills. Have the opportunity to pull lines, trim sails and pilot the boat!
Now is your chance to get on the water and try your hand at a new skill!

- Participants under 14 years of age must wear a life jacket. Those under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Depends on the option selected. Intro to Sailing Class is 2 hours on the boat, with a little time reviewing theory and printed material. Learn to Sail experience consists of six, 2-hour lessons.
You will be accompanied by other people, for a maximum of 4 people.
This experience is only for the participants.
This experience will take place in inclement weather. Always contact the Experience provider with any questions regarding weather conditions.
Dress in layers of comfortable clothing. If in doubt bring additional warm clothing. Extra hats, gloves, jackets, blankets, and rain gear can be provided the day of your experience.
For this experience, it is recommended to request bookings at least 14 days in advance of intended date of use.
